Avenues for Care, Inc.
Provides consumer directed care to individuals with disabilities and the elderly in order to encourage healthy living, wellness and independence that will enhance the quality of life in their homes.
Avenues for Care values a consumer directed approach in the delivery of our services, while trying to advocate for a greater understanding of people with disabilities, the elderly, and others with diverse needs.
Avenues for Care code of ethics is built on our mission, vision, and values. It is a demonstration of our commitment to high ethical standards that serves as a guide for our administration and other staff in their conduct when acting on behalf of Avenues for Care, Inc.
We provide in home supervised medical and daily living services to patients that could include:
Assisting all ages of individuals with physical and mental health needs
Bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene
Nutrition and diet
Redirecting and monitoring behaviors
Other services custom to client needs
